DODGEBALL 2020

Thank you so much for joining the 11th annual KLIFE Dodgeball tournament! While we look forward to this fun day all year, please remember it is a FUNdraiser for our ministry as well as an opportunity to introduce your friends and family to the KLIFE family AND to have a blast playing dodgeball. All registrants will receive a free commemorative t-shirt. Teams registered by February 10th will be guaranteed their requested t-shirt size.  Also, there will be a well-stocked concession stand available on game day, so bring some extra cash! Now, get out there and recruit players, or better yet, build a team!

FORMAT: Our tournament will have a separate girls and boys leagues for the elementary division (3rd-5th grade). All other divisions (6th grade and up) will be co-ed teams.  The tournament will be a double elimination format. Each team must have 6-8 members to play. Brackets will be determined by a random drawing, there is no seeding.

*NOTE: Times are liable to change based upon the number of teams registered. Final times will be posted prior to February 29th

  • Elementary (3rd, 4th, & 5th grades): 9:00 am Check-In & Captain's Meeting; Games begin at 9:45am
  • Junior High (6th, 7th, & 8th grades): 11:30 am Check-In; Captain's Meeting at 11:45 am; Games begin at 12:00 pm
  • Adult/College/High School: 3:00 pm Check-In; Captain's Meeting at 3:15 pm; Games begin at 3:30 pm

How to Serve

Want to serve at the KLIFE Dodgeball Tournament? We would love your help!

We have a couple of options:

1. Sign up to be a referee! We are in need of some wonderful referees for our 11th Annual Dodgeball Tournament on February 29th. There are four time slots to choose from of only three hours each. You are more than welcome to sign up for more than one shift if you are able. 2. Sign up to help us stock our concessions stand! Please have all donations to Gameday Sports Complex by 8:30 a.m. the morning of the tournament (Saturday, February 29th). Alternatively, you are also welcome to drop donations off at the KLIFE building on Klub night February 28th (208 W 10th). Also, if one of those times are not convenient please call me and I will gladly meet up with you. * Please note that  Middle School, High School, and Adult/College teams need to be CO-ED. 

* Super K (3rd-5th Grade) will have separate divisions for girls and boys.

Parents that want to pay for their entire child's team may select "8-Person Team" to pay. If you're on a team that has been paid for already by a parent, then select "Individual - Registration already paid" below.

Parental Consent and Release

I am parent and/or legal guardian of the above minor, who is now under my control and custody grants my child permission to participate in the KLIFE Dodgeball Tournament – February 29, 2020. In consideration of my child’s participation in the activity, I hereby release, forever discharge and agree to hold harmless KLIFE Ministries and any and all directors thereof from any and all liability, claims or demands and expenses of any nature whatsoever which may be incurred by the undersigned and the participant, so long as prudent and reasonable care has been maintained and K-Life is not solely negligent.
We (I) do hereby grant permission of KLIFE directors or staff to take said participant to a physician or hospital, and hereby authorize medical treatment including but not in limitation to any x-ray examination, anesthetic, medical, surgical or dental diagnosis or treatment, and hospital care. The undersigned shall be liable and agree(s) to pay all costs and expenses incurred in connection with such medical services rendered to our (my) child pursuant to this authorization.
